So we were talking abut the same thing, with only a interpretation
difference :-) Good. If this is the correct meaning for the exemption,

Wow, your explanation is interesting. I am with you. Your
interpretation is the one that I would agree with, but I've got
different conclusions when trying to understand the GPL applied to
samples.
I think the key here is that different people can take different
interpretations because terms used in the GPL does not exactly match
the ones used in music procedures. Hmmm... I wonder what
interpretation would give a lawyer... or better do something to "lock"
the interpretation in a unique way.
