Hi,

Søren Bovbjerg is a guy who made a Steinway soundfont, so I asked him,
some months ago, if he would like to licence it as GPL... he finally
say NO, but in the middle, I remember that I ask RMS for help, and in
one of the mails, I see there is a way for the c) point too:

I think there is a misunderstanding.  This issue has nothing to do
with the GNU GPL.

The reason that Marcos cannot use your soundfont is that his goal is
to make a system that is free software.  If your soundfont's license
were a free software license, he could use it.  However, in fact the
license that soundfont now carries is a non-free license.

I could have made GCC non-free, and Linus Torvalds could
have made Linux non-free.  Millions can enjoy freedom
because we did not do so.

Maybe we could help you develop a license that is free and does what
you need.  To the extent that a soundfont is like a font, maybe
something like the Open Font License would do the job.  See
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html for a link to that.
