[Freepats] The goal of Freepats project

It would be helpful to have a (not too long) description of goals and
project introduction. This way, it will we easier to point people to
the official description when "spamming" (searching for) contributors:

- Small introduction to the project & Goals.
- Some "marketing" & reasons. Why is Freepats searching for his goals?
Missing free samples for the free software community, crappy freeware
soundfonts on the web, original unencumbered samples, alternative to
professional high quality soundfonts... whatever...
