[Freepats] Pipe organ samples uploaded

Finally, they are here, samples to be used for General MIDI instrument
(Church organ):

16 bit file is uploaded, because it has better compression ratio (and
samples from IMIS are also 16 bit, anyway). Since samples came from a
GPL software, it should be easy to resample again at better quality if
needed.

License is simple permissive, like XFree86 (the old one). This license
should be compatible with most other free software licenses. In case
someone wants any other free license, no problem, I will republish it
under request.

Included in the txt file is a list of all stops used, so anybody
should be able to generate the same sound with Aeolus. There is always
room for improvement; if a better set of stops is found, file can be
replaced at a latter time.

Now, I will look at missing samples from current freepats to give
priority to them.
