[Freepats] ANN: Pysf version 2

Announcing Pysf version 2.

Changes include the following.
- added support for 24-bit sample width
- added IFIL configuration tag. for specifying soundfont 2.04
- added version attribute to XML schema and output files
- fixes for Python 2.5 and big-endian systems
- tested on low-end system with 8mb RAM
- using md5 instead of zlib.adler32 for portability.
