| Neither started nor completed. It seems the procedure is rather
| strict and at the mercy of other people at the FSF having to make
| a decision... meaning we are still left in limbo until someone
| makes that decision. A potential problem was that this project
| is not strictly "software" so it may not even be appropriate to
| go down this track with the FSF.

Hello ;-)
I did it because I see the example license into the freepats site, and it does
it, but, we could change it, we could license it to Marcos Guglielmetti and
Roberto Gordo Saez, etc. I dont have any problems with this issue ;)
